  • The parties sign a commercial concession agreement.

The Paterson franchise begins from $20,000 (membership fee for the opening of one supermarket). The regional franchise (the right for operating in a particular region) goes from $100,000. This in fact corresponds to the company’s own cost of opening a franchise business. Such an approach is determined by the main principle of the Paterson franchise, that is, joint revenue and increasing partner’s turnover.

Paterson sets up its royalty at the market average so that it could not be a burden to the franchise. Moreover, a Paterson partner will not be obliged to have additional expenses for the network marketing campaigns.
